I'm Anuj Balaji, the founder of Elessar Consulting Inc. I started this practice to help early-stage startups and small businesses identify operational bottlenecks and start running them as a connected system — whether that's PLM, ERP, CRM or the day-to-day processes that keep the work moving.

My background sits at the intersection of engineering, product operations, and enterprise systems. Over the last fifteen years I've worked inside automotive OEMs, high-growth EV startups, and modern RV manufacturing — from validation test labs at FCA and GM to launching new platforms at Canoo, and now guiding PLM and ERP integrations and business process implementation as a consultant.

That range taught me where the real friction lives: not in any single piece of software, but in the handoffs between people, tools, and processes. I focus on the practical work of translating business requirements into clear workflows, designing processes that teams actually adopt, and building the data pipelines that keep PLM, ERP, and everyday operations talking to each other.
